Angeline Yvonne Carvalho Kim, 86, of Hilo died Friday at her residence. Born in Hilo, she was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo. Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Monday at Dodo Mortuary Chapel; wake service at 6 p.m. Friends may call again 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo; funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire. Survived by husband, John Kim of Hilo; daughters, Mary Ann (John) Andrade of Ahualoa and Malina (Niles) Nakamura of Hilo; sisters-in-law, Bernice Paik of Waimanalo and Clara Shin of Hilo; brothers-in-law, Henry Shin of Oahu, George Shin of Tacoma, Wash., and Robert Perreira of Hilo; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
